Aidlab does not turn on

If Aidlab's LED does not blink, the device does not respond when you connect it to your phone, or it gets stuck during startup, try these steps:

1. Plug in Aidlab and let it charge for up to one hour.
2. Try turning Aidlab on again.

If Aidlab still won't turn on or start up

When Aidlab is disconnected from other devices, force it to restart. The process depends on your Aidlab version:

Aidlab 2.1

1. Press the power button.
2. Don't release the button. Keep holding until you see a purple (or yellow) diode.
3. Release the button.
4. Wait until you see a green LED.

Aidlab 2.2

1. Press the power button.
2. Don't release the button. Keep holding for 7-8 seconds. The diode should change from blue to purple.
3. Press the power button four times rapidly. The diode should be white at this point.
4. After a few minutes, the diode should turn green and start to pulsate. Now you should be able to use Aidlab properly.
