This article explains how we ship orders, how long delivery can take, and how to view and track your order.
Shipping methods and estimated times
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country during the checkout process and will vary.
- If you order multiple products, all devices in that order must ship to the same address. To ship products to multiple addresses, create a separate order for each address.
- Fulfillment times may vary based on product availability, so orders may not always ship on the same day they are placed.
- Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday, except for holidays).
View and track your order
Our shipping team processes and prepares your order for shipment within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method. Once the order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Note: Because orders are processed quickly, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.
Additional charges for international shipments
When shipping internationally, you may be subject to additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country.

- Import taxes: depending on the destination country, import taxes may be charged once the shipment arrives.
Handling fees
- Some countries may charge additional fees for customs processing or handling. Check with local authorities or the courier service used for your delivery.
Our responsibility
- Aidlab covers the initial shipping costs as part of your purchase. We are not responsible for additional charges incurred at customs or during delivery in the destination country.
