For physicians

Intended use, signals, scoring and reports in detail.

Intended use

Supports the diagnosis of sleep-disordered breathing, and supports the diagnosis and preliminary detection of arrhythmias based on a single-lead Holter ECG, mainly at home, in adults. Reports require interpretation by a specialist.

Signals

  • Single-lead ECG, 250 Hz, gel-free chest strap electrodes
  • Oronasal airflow from a pressure cannula, 10 Hz
  • Breathing effort from chest impedance, 62.5 Hz
  • SpO₂ and pulse from a paired fingertip pulse oximeter
  • 9-axis motion and body position
  • Snoring sound level and skin temperature

Default scoring

  • Apnea: airflow below 20% of baseline for at least 10 s
  • Hypopnea: airflow drop of at least 30% for at least 10 s with a 4% desaturation
  • Desaturation threshold adjustable from 3 to 6 points
  • Edit events, add your own and exclude artefacts before the report

Sleep report

Hourly ODI, mean desaturation, desaturation coefficient, T90, SpO₂ and pulse distributions and statistics per body position, exported as a PDF with your description.

Holter review

Single-lead strips with adjustable speed and gain, automatic beat labels and navigation to premature beats, pauses, noise and supraventricular arrhythmias.

Contraindications

Not for patients who are seriously ill or in hospital treatment, who have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, life-threatening arrhythmias, injured skin where the recorder sits, pectus excavatum, or cognitive impairment that prevents independent use.
