First steps

We prepared three short articles: this one, Measuring, and Making use of your data. Together, they show you how to start using Aidlab and configure it correctly.

Before using Aidlab, read Intended use and safety.

Unboxing

Inside the box you will find:

How to start

1. Unbox Aidlab and make sure all parts are included
2. Connect it to power until the LED indicator turns green
3. Disconnect it from power and attach Aidlab to the chest strap included in the box

Keep the strap nearby, but do not put it on yet. In the next article, you will turn on and pair Aidlab before wearing it and starting your first recording.
