Endomondo integration retired

Under Armour wound down Endomondo in December 2020. The Endomondo data-export service is no longer available, and the current Aidlab app no longer includes the Import Endomondo action.

The previous instructions for requesting an export from Endomondo support and importing its ZIP archive into Aidlab are therefore no longer valid. If you already have an old Endomondo export, keep an independent backup of it; the current Aidlab app cannot import that archive.
