Data synchronization

Updated onJune 25, 2026

Aidlab uses two types of synchronization.

The first syncs data between Aidlab and your phone or tablet. The second sends data from the app to Aidlab Cloud, if cloud synchronization is enabled.

Syncing data from Aidlab to your device

When you use Aidlab without connecting it to another device, Aidlab stores data internally. The amount of data it can store depends on its capacity.

After you connect Aidlab to the app, the device keeps collecting new data while sending older, unsynchronized data to your device.

Synchronization can take from a few minutes to several hours. The time depends on memory capacity and how long Aidlab was recording without a phone connection. The app shows the estimated time remaining.

Syncing data from the Aidlab app to Cloud

Every 1-3 minutes, the app sends your data to Aidlab Cloud. This requires an internet connection and an Aidlab account. Collected data can reach hundreds of MB per day, so we recommend synchronizing over Wi-Fi.

In Settings > Synchronization in the iOS or Android app, you can turn cloud synchronization on or off. You can also choose to keep all data only on your phone.

You can access synchronized data in a browser by logging into your account. This synchronization can take up to a few hours, so new data may not appear in Cloud immediately.
