Connecting with Apple Health

Updated onJune 25, 2026

Aidlab can read selected Apple Health activity data and show it directly in the Aidlab iOS app.

How it works

After you enable Apple Health integration in the Aidlab iOS app settings, Aidlab can display activity data recorded by your Apple device, such as steps, calories burned, and workouts.

Important information

  • One-way integration: data from Apple Health is read-only and displayed only in the Aidlab iOS app. This data is not uploaded to Aidlab Cloud or stored on our servers.
  • Apple Health data is used only for visualization inside the app.

Set up the integration

  1. Open the Aidlab app on your iPhone.
  2. Navigate to Settings, Permissions, and select Health.
  3. Allow the Aidlab app to read activity data from Apple Health.
  4. Once connected, you can view your activity metrics within the app.
