Aidlab got wet during use

Updated onJune 25, 2026

Aidlab is not waterproof. Rain, splashes, sweat, or shower water can cause short circuits and long-term damage.

If Aidlab had contact with water:

  1. Take Aidlab out of the water right away, if you haven't already.
  2. Do not plug in Aidlab. If it is already plugged in, unplug it very carefully.
  3. Turn Aidlab off.
  4. Put it in a dry place for 48 hours.

After 48 hours, you can try turning Aidlab on again. If it still does not work, or if you want the internal components checked, contact us directly.
